Each FASM member (including each member under a family membership) is entitled to have their own page on the FASM website.

When you fill out the form, be prepared to upload a head and shoulders photo of yourself (be sure that your head is centred in the photo), along with (neatly cropped) images of 5 pieces of your artwork.   

 Information and images can be refreshed each year.
